The reception of attendants, workshops and lunches will take place in the Municipal Training Centre (Instituto de Formación y Estudios del Gobierno Local de Madrid), placed in calle Almagro, 5, MADRID, at the very heart of Madrid, 50 metres from the Subway Station “Alonso Martínez” (lines 4, 5 and 10 cross there).

The Reception offered on Thursday evening by the City Hall of Madrid will take place at the “Casa de America” (Palacio de Linares), placed in the Plaza de Cibeles, in the corner of calle Alcalá and Paseo de Recoletos, in front of the City Hall of Madrid (Subway station “Banco de España”, line 2), 600 metres on foot from Plaza de Colón.

The plenary sessions (Thursday morning and Saturday morning) will be held in the Municipal Theater “Fernando Fernán Gómez”, in the Municipal Cultural Centre at Plaza de Colón (Subway station “Plaza de Colón”, line 4, and Metropolitan trains in station “Recoletos”), 8 minutes (700 metres) on foot from the Municipal Training Centre.
