Participation Rules: Read and Understand Participation Rules

When submitting panel and individual paper proposals, keep in mind these four participation rules developed by the organizers.

Rule 1: Participation Limitation

Participation in the Conference is limited to two (2) appearances on sessions. An appearance may take the form of sole author of a paper or co-author of a paper.
If a person is appearing during a panel session as a paper giver, serving as chair of the same session does not count as an additional appearance.

You may submit any proposal to no more than one track.

Rule 2: Preregistration
The organizers require all program participants to preregister by April 15, 2009. Participants who do not preregister by April 15 will not be listed in the preliminary Program.

Rule 3: Paper Delivery
As a paper presenter, you have two important obligations:

1. Ensure that the Panel Chair and the other paper givers of your panel receive your paper in time prior to the meeting; and
2. Submit your paper by e-mail to the organizers (info@cityfutures2009.com) and to the responsibles of your track by 15 may, 2009.

Rule 4: Panel Schedule
Panels are scheduled in a number of time slots. Participants are expected to be available for any of the time slots.
