PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR ALL PANELS |

|
- All the papers submitted to the Conference are distributed in panel sessions. - Panel sessions are 90 minutes long. Timing shall be respected to guarantee the best development of the Conference. - In sessions with five presenters, each presenter is allotted 12 minutes. In sessions with three or four presenters, each presenter is allocated 15 minutes. - Within each session, approximately 20-30 minutes should be reserved for open discussion. - Moderators shall introduce the presenters and control the appropriate use of timing for all of them. If a moderator does not arrive, the first presenter should assume this role. - All the rooms of the Conference are equipped for PowerPoint presentations. - Reading papers is not acceptable. Presenters are expected to make a general presentation of their papers putting the accent on their conclusions and on the add value their papers offer.
