  • November 1, 2008: Online proposal submission opens
     
  • January 10, 2009: Deadline for submitting a proposal
     
  • January 15, 2009: online registration opens
     
  • January 31, 2009: Acceptance/rejection notices sent
     
  • March 31, 2009: Early registration payment deadline
     
  • April 15, 2009: Persons on the programme must register and pay fees by this date
     
  • May 15, 2009: Deadline for submitting the papers
     
  • Prior to May 20, 2009: Full refund granted less an amount of 60 euros administrative processes fee
     
  • Since May 20, 2009: No refund granted
